B2B Lead Generation Specialist – Data-Enriched Lead Research We're looking for a detail-oriented lead generation specialist to build high-quality, data-enriched prospect lists for our outbound campaigns. This is not a generic list-building role. Your goal is to identify companies that are actively growing and collect enough context for highly personalized cold email outreach. Our initial focus is U.S.-based software development agencies with 5–50 employees, including custom software development, AI development, SaaS development, and mobile app development companies. For each company, you'll research and collect: Company name and website LinkedIn company page Founder/CEO name, title, LinkedIn profile, and verified work email Employee count Headquarters Primary service offering Industries they serve A recent case study, client, or project (if available) The company's value proposition or homepage summary The founder's most recent LinkedIn post (or the company's most recent LinkedIn post if the founder is inactive) You'll also identify buying signals that suggest the company is investing in growth, such as: Hiring for sales, business development, or marketing roles Hiring for SDRs, BDRs, or Account Executives Recent funding or rapid headcount growth Launching a new service or product Increased LinkedIn activity Publishing new case studies or content Recent website redesign or rebranding Accuracy is far more important than speed. We'd rather receive 50 well-researched companies than 300 incomplete records. All emails should be verified, and research should be based on publicly available information. Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Google Search, company websites, and email verification platforms is preferred. If you've built lead lists for B2B outbound campaigns before, please mention the tools you've used and include a sample of previous work if available.
