Summary: We are a growing B2B tech agency with an internal lead generation team already in place. They’re motivated and working hard, but we need an experienced strategist to help them work smarter, not just harder. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Strategist & Coach who can refine our positioning, optimize our acquisition channels (LinkedIn + Upwork), and build a repeatable system that consistently generates high-quality leads and revenue. This is a consulting + coaching role, not an execution role. What Success Looks Like: - Clear, differentiated positioning that attracts high-ticket clients - Higher conversion rates across Upwork and LinkedIn - A structured, repeatable lead generation playbook - A focused team aligned around measurable KPIs (not vanity metrics) Time Commitment: Flexible. We expect slightly higher involvement upfront (e.g., 5–10 hours/month) to audit our systems and build the playbook, scaling down to just a few hours a month for weekly syncs and course correction once the team is executing. Your Responsibilities: 1. Positioning & Copywriting: Audit and rewrite our Upwork profiles, proposals, and LinkedIn outreach scripts. We want you to fix our positioning so we attract serious buyers, not window-shoppers. 2. Process Creation: Implement a scalable, repeatable lead generation playbook for both LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, automation) and Upwork. 3. Team Coaching: Hold a regular sync with our lead gen team to review metrics, tweak scripts, role-play, and set goals. 4. KPI Tracking: Help us set up proper tracking so we can measure conversion rates at every step of the funnel (not just "messages sent"). Requirements: 1. Proven, documented success in B2B lead generation strategy (specifically on LinkedIn and Upwork). 2. Experience managing, training, or consulting lead generation/sales teams. 4. Deep understanding of how to position an agency to win high-value contracts. 5. Strong English communication skills. Compensation Structure (Flexible & Aligned): We want a true partner who is aligned with our revenue goals, and we are flexible on how we structure the compensation based on your standard rates: Option A: Lower base + performance bonuses (qualified calls / closed revenue) - If you prefer a lower base hourly rate, we are happy to offer aggressive performance incentives, including bonuses for hitting Qualified Call targets and commissions on closed revenue. Option B: Flat hourly consulting rate - If you are a senior expert with a higher standard hourly rate, we can structure this as a strict, flat-hourly consulting agreement for your time and expertise. *(We will discuss and agree on the exact structure that makes sense for both of us before starting).* How to Apply (Please read carefully): Since we are hiring a coach/consultant, communication is everything.
