𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to book qualified sales conversations with U.S.-based contractors and home service business owners. This is a performance-based role, and we do not pay for raw call volume. We pay for attended, qualified meetings and offer strong closed-deal bonuses when those meetings turn into paying clients. If you demonstrate proficiency and become a true growth partner, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 We help contractors and home service businesses get more calls and leads through better websites, local SEO, PPC, Google visibility, and lead follow-up systems. That may include CRM and process automation as well. Target prospects include painters, roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, landscapers, concrete contractors, remodelers, and similar trades. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, has no website, has an old or outdated website, doesn't want to pay for leads, wants to generate their own leads, wants someone to run PPC/Ads, misses lots of calls, or has trouble keeping up with tracking their leads and pipeline, we can help. 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 $50 per qualified, attended meeting. 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴: • $150 bonus for a closed lower-ticket monthly plan. • $300 bonus for a closed small lump-sum project • $500 bonus for a closed larger lump-sum project. • Additional compensation as agreed (Bonuses are paid upon satisfaction of the client's first payment) 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • US Number: You must use a US number that includes a US area code. • Your outbound caller ID must display as a valid U.S. phone number (any area code). It cannot show up as "International" or "Unknown." • Environment: Professional workspace with reliable internet, clear audio, and zero background noise. • Once you show consistent quality, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 or adding you to one of our accounts. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 A paid qualified meeting is defined as: • The attendee is an owner/decision-maker of a U.S. home service business. • They understand the call is about website/SEO, marketing, automation, or similar help. • They express interest in the services we offer • They actually attend the call. 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 no-shows, fake bookings, or prospects who did not understand why the meeting was booked. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 For every meeting booked, you must provide basic notes containing: • Business name & Contact name • Phone number & Website (if available) • Trade/industry • Specific interest, urgency, or any other relevant context from the call 🚀𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 To be considered, your proposal must include: • A 30–60 second voice sample or Loom video introducing yourself (so we can hear your tone and clarity). • A brief overview of your cold calling or B2B appointment setting experience. • Your typical daily call volume. • Confirmation that you are able to use a U.S. outbound number.
