**B2B Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling** We are an AI transformation and product company helping businesses adopt AI through AI Audit, Assessment, and Roadmapping services. We are looking for an experienced B2B lead generation specialist who can support cold calling campaigns across multiple verticals, including accounting firms, distributors, real estate companies, and other professional service businesses. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven cold calling experience, with strong results in booking qualified meetings, engaging decision-makers, and handling objections professionally. Responsibilities include: * Making outbound cold calls to targeted business prospects * Introducing our AI Audit & Roadmapping services clearly and professionally * Qualifying prospects based on interest, business size, and need * Booking discovery calls with qualified leads * Maintaining accurate call notes and follow-up status * Providing feedback on messaging, objections, and market response Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling or lead generation experience * Proven track record of setting qualified appointments * Comfortable speaking with business owners, partners, directors, and executives * Strong communication skills and professional phone presence * Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools * Interest or familiarity with AI, technology, consulting, or professional services is a plus We are looking for someone who is confident, consistent, and results-driven, not just someone who can make calls, but someone who can create real conversations and help generate qualified opportunities.
