B2B Lead Generation & Sales – LinkedIn, Outreach, Calls & Product Demos

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Sales freelancer to help us generate and convert leads for CIPHER, an AI-powered executive intelligence and professional positioning platform. About CIPHER CIPHER helps senior professionals, executives and business leaders understand, strengthen and communicate their professional signal — how their leadership, experience, influence and commercial impact are perceived in the market. The Project We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the lead-generation and early sales cycle: Identify → Outreach → Engage → Qualify → Call → Demo → Follow-up → Convert Your responsibilities will include: Identify relevant prospects, primarily senior professionals, executives and business leaders Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and other sources Conduct personalised LinkedIn and email outreach Make outbound calls where appropriate Respond to and qualify inbound leads Book and conduct initial discovery calls Deliver short online CIPHER product demos Follow up with interested prospects Work towards converting qualified prospects into paying customers Maintain a simple, transparent pipeline/report of activity and results Provide feedback on messaging, objections and prospect responses What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for someone with experience in: B2B lead generation / business development LinkedIn prospecting and Sales Navigator Cold/warm outreach Speaking confidently with senior professionals Phone and video-based sales conversations SaaS, digital products or professional services Conducting product demos CRM and sales automation tools Strong spoken and written English is essential. We are not looking for someone who simply provides a database of leads or sends hundreds of generic messages. We want someone capable of starting genuine conversations and progressing those conversations towards a sale. Initial Engagement We would like to start with a 4-week pilot project.
