We are looking for a highly experienced B2B Lead Generation and Cold Email Outreach Specialist who can take ownership of the complete prospecting and outreach process. The ideal candidate should be able to find the right prospects, build high-quality targeted lead lists, verify the data, and execute professional cold email outreach campaigns that generate qualified conversations and business opportunities. This is not a basic data-entry or email-sending position. We need someone who understands targeted prospecting, lead research, data quality, cold email strategy, deliverability, personalization, follow-ups, and campaign optimization. Your Responsibilities B2B Lead Generation Research companies and identify ideal prospects Find relevant decision-makers and key contacts Build highly targeted B2B lead lists Find accurate business email addresses Verify and validate email addresses Remove duplicate, invalid, and irrelevant leads Enrich prospect data where required Organize leads according to our targeting criteria Maintain high-quality and accurate lead databases Cold Email Outreach Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns Create personalized email messaging and sequences Set up multi-step follow-up campaigns Manage campaigns using tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms Upload and manage prospect lists Monitor deliverability and sender reputation Track bounces, replies, positive responses, and campaign performance Optimize campaigns based on results Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates What We’re Looking For You should have proven hands-on experience with: B2B Lead Generation Prospect Research Decision-Maker Research Email Finding & Verification Data Enrichment Cold Email Marketing B2B Outreach Email Deliverability Cold Email Copywriting Email Sequences & Follow-ups Instantly Smartlead Lemlist Campaign Analytics & Optimization Quality is extremely important to us. We are not looking for someone who simply collects large numbers of random leads. We need someone who understands how to identify the right prospects and turn high-quality leads into targeted outreach campaigns. Paid Test The initial $5 contract is a paid test period. The purpose of this test is to evaluate your lead research, data quality, cold email knowledge, communication, accuracy, and overall work quality. If the test is successful and we are satisfied with your performance, we are interested in continuing with the right person on a long-term basis. Our expected long-term monthly budget will be approximately $3,000–$4,500/month, depending on your experience, performance, responsibilities, and final scope of work.
