The ideal candidate has strong research skills, understands lead generation processes, and can consistently deliver accurate data with a low bounce rate. Responsibilities * Research target companies and decision-makers based on provided criteria. * Identify key contacts such as CEOs, Founders, Marketing Managers, Sales Directors, and other relevant stakeholders. * Manually find and verify business email addresses using various online sources and tools. * Collect accurate contact information, including: * Full Name * Job Title * Company Name * Company Website * Verified Business Email Address * LinkedIn Profile URL * Company Industry * Company Size (if applicable) * Location * Maintain and update lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM systems. * Ensure all collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospect research. * Strong manual email-finding skills. * Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, RocketReach, Snov.io, Clearbit, or similar platforms. * Ability to verify email addresses and maintain low bounce rates. * Excellent internet research and analytical skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM systems.
