B2B Lead Generation Specialist - Build Verified Contact Database of Canadian Insurance Brokers Description We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to build a high-quality database of insurance brokers across Canada. This is not a simple data scraping project. We are looking for someone who can research, verify and deliver accurate information that will be used by our sales team. We provide dedicated insurance professionals who work remotely from South Africa to international insurance brokers, agencies and TPAs, so accuracy is far more important than speed. This could become an ongoing project if the quality of work is high. Your Tasks Research insurance businesses throughout Canada and identify: • Independent Insurance Brokers • Commercial Insurance Brokers • General Insurance Brokers • Employee Benefits Brokers • Third Party Administrators (TPAs) Please exclude: • Insurance Companies / Carriers • Managing General Agents (MGAs) • Wholesalers Our ideal clients are generally businesses employing approximately 10-150 staff. Company Information Required For each business please provide: • Company Name • Website • Province • City • Approximate Employee Size • Type of Business – Commercial Insurance / Personal insurance / mixed etc • General Telephone Number • General Email Address • LinkedIn Company Page URL Decision Makers Required Please identify senior decision makers such as: • Owner • President • CEO • Managing Director • Chief Operating Officer • Operations Director • General Manager • HR Director • Head of People • Talent Acquisition Manager Where possible, provide at least 2-3 contacts per company. For each contact please provide: • First Name • Last Name • Job Title • Work Email Address • Direct Telephone Number (where available) • LinkedIn Profile URL Data Quality We are looking for verified information. Please do not use unverified or guessed email addresses. Where an email cannot be verified, leave the field blank rather than guessing. Duplicates should be removed. Deliverables Please provide the data in Microsoft Excel. Columns should be clearly labelled and consistent throughout. Tools You may use any legitimate research tools including: • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Apollo – We do not have a subscription but happy to take one out • Hunter – we have a subscription to this • RocketReach - We do not have a subscription but if you have one please use it • ZoomInfo - We do not have a subscription but if you have one please use it • Company websites • Provincial broker association directories • Other legitimate public sources Ongoing Work This project is expected to continue beyond the initial assignment if the quality of work is excellent. Initially we would like approximately 100 companies researched, after which we will review the quality before continuing with a larger database brief. Collect LinkedIn Company URLs and Contact LinkedIn URLs. These become invaluable if email response rates are low or we later use LinkedIn outreach. 2. Include a "Number of UK/International Offices" column. 3. Add a "Source" column showing where the information came from (company website, LinkedIn, provincial directory, etc.). 4. Add a "Confidence Rating" (High/Medium/Low) for each contact's email address, so sales team knows how reliable the data is.
