If you’ve ever wished you could own LinkedIn for one high-value brand instead of juggling 15 mediocre accounts, read this. We’re Cloud9, a tech-forward extended-stay operator. We turn premium units in Class-A Chicago towers into fully furnished “Alternative Luxury Rentals” for 30–90 day business stays. 60+ units live, scaling fast toward a multi-million-dollar run rate. Now we want a LinkedIn specialist to turn that story into a repeatable B2B pipeline. Your primary mission B2B partner leads (the heart of the role) • Build precise audiences of apartment owners, asset managers, multifamily operators, property management execs, and real estate investment firms. • Run and optimize Lead Gen Form + conversion campaigns that feed our partner pipeline with qualified conversations, not just MQLs. Marcus / Cloud9 authority (strong secondary) • Use Thought Leader Ads and Sponsored Content to amplify Marcus’s posts and our best POV content. • Make Cloud9 the name people recognize in “extended-stay for Class-A assets.” Guest-side awareness (optional / experimental) • Give us an honest recommendation on if and when LinkedIn deserves any B2C budget at all. What you’ll actually do • Build and manage tight B2B audiences: job title, function, seniority, company size, industry, plus Matched Audiences and ABM lists. • Set up and own tracking: Insight Tag, conversion tracking, lead routing into our CRM/pipeline. • Design, launch, and optimize Lead Gen Form, conversion, and Thought Leader Ad campaigns mapped directly to the three objectives above. • Make LinkedIn’s high CPMs work: sharp offers, strong creative, disciplined testing. • Advise us on creative angles and offers for considered B2B buyers; we produce assets, you tell us what to make. • Report on cost per lead, lead quality, and pipeline impact (meetings, deals) so we can make clear spend decisions. You’re a fit if • You’ve profitably run LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen and can share real numbers (CPL, pipeline, deals). • You understand ABM, Lead Gen Forms, and audience layering in detail. • You’re used to higher-ticket, considered sales cycles where quality beats volume. • Bonus: you’ve run Thought Leader Ads or grown a founder’s personal brand in a B2B niche. • Bonus: you know real estate, multifamily, proptech, or financial-services audiences.
