B2B Marketing Advisor

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Advisor who can both think at a high level and execute internally to scale B2B companies. You’ll advise on growth strategy while also building and operating core marketing systems: funnels, paid ads, email sequences, landing pages, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker/doer who understands B2B growth and can roll up their sleeves to build. Responsibilities - Advise on B2B marketing strategy and growth positioning to support revenue goals. - Design and build marketing funnels end-to-end (landing pages, forms, automation, workflows). - Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) for B2B audiences. - Build and optimize email sequences, nurture campaigns, and lead flows. - Create and refine messaging, CTAs, and landing page content that converts. - Align marketing with sales, including lead handoff, follow-up, and reporting. - Set up dashboards, tracking, and analytics to measure performance continuously. - Improve funnel performance, lead quality, and conversion rates through testing. - Recommend and implement systems, tools, and processes that support scalable growth. - Collaborate with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams on go-to-market planning. - Own execution of key initiatives, not just strategy. Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to B2B environments. - Experience across multiple industries or sectors, with B2B as the primary focus. - Proven ability to build and operate marketing funnels and campaigns. - Hands-on experience with paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) for B2B businesses. - Strong understanding of funnel architecture, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. - Experience building landing pages and integrating forms, automation, and CRM. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable working with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams. - Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and relevant tools. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. - Self-starter who can work independently and bring proactive recommendations. Nice to Have - Experience supporting consulting firms, SaaS companies, agencies, or service-based B2B businesses. - Familiarity with performance marketing, outbound strategy, and content-led growth. - Experience improving sales and marketing alignment. - Understanding of customer journeys, ICP development, and lead nurturing.
