B2B Meta Ads Lead Generation Specialist with Creative Testing Experience

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist to improve and scale our current Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns. This is a B2B lead-generation campaign, not an e-commerce or consumer retail campaign. We are looking for someone who understands practical B2B lead generation, with the goal of generating high-quality enquiries from businesses, not just cheap clicks or low-quality form fills. One of our direct competitors is very active on Facebook and Meta, generating a large share of its leads from these channels. We understand Meta leads can be cheaper than Google Ads leads, but they also carry a higher risk of lower-quality enquiries. We are looking for someone who can help us scale the channel while maintaining lead quality. We already have a Meta Ads account running with basic static image ads and simple copy. It is generating leads, but the setup is super basic. There is significant potential for growth with better campaign structure, creative testing and optimisation. We are looking for an individual freelancer or a very small specialist team, not a large agency where the account is passed to a junior account manager. We need someone who can: * Audit the current Meta ads account. * Improve campaign structure, targeting, tracking and lead forms. * Develop a clear testing plan. * Write stronger hooks and ad copy for a B2B audience. * Create or coordinate static ads, simple video ads and creative variations. * Launch and manage new tests. * Optimise regularly for lead volume, cost per lead and lead quality. * Provide practical reporting and recommendations. This is not a passive monthly reporting role. We want someone hands-on who can actively help build Meta into a reliable B2B lead generation channel. Creative production You do not necessarily need to be a designer or video editor yourself, but you must be able to produce, direct or coordinate the creative needed for Meta ads. If you work with a designer or video editor, please explain how that works and what is included in your fee. Preferred experience: * Experience with B2B Meta lead generation campaigns is essential. * Experience with service-based businesses, quote-request funnels, comparison websites, office equipment, business services, trades, SaaS, professional services, or similar areas would be highly relevant. * Experience with Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US or similar. * English-speaking markets are strongly preferred. * Strong written English is important because ad copy and messaging will be part of the role. Preferred engagement We would like to start with a paid audit/rebuild project first. If that goes well, we are open to ongoing monthly management based on an agreed-upon hourly rate and number of hours. To apply: Please start your proposal with the words "Meta lead audit".
