B2B Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

We are ROYA Advisory, a Dubai-based business and HR consultancy. We are looking for an experienced, independent B2B Sales Representative who can drive full-cycle client acquisition on a part-time remote basis (3 to 5 hours per day). What the role entails: * Proactive Prospecting: Identifying C-level decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, HR Directors) in target international markets via cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, and email). * Full Pipeline Management: Taking prospects from initial cold contact through discovery calls, presenting our value proposition and guiding them to a verbal agreement. * Daily Operations: Keeping lead status and call notes accurately updated inside our CRM on a daily basis within your 3–4 daily hours. Management handles the final contract review and signing, your primary focus will be finding qualified prospects and bringing them across the finish line. The length of the contract would be 12 months
