We are seeking a high-performing B2B sales professional to manage full-cycle outbound sales and close high-ticket agency accounts. This role is built for a self-motivated hunter who excels at taking prospects from initial cold contact all the way through discovery, pitching, and signing. Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Outbound Sales: Conduct cold outreach, handle discovery calls, deliver pitch presentations, and close accounts. Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain an active outbound pipeline to ensure consistent closing activity. Objection Handling & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate terms within standard agency guidelines, and secure signed agreements. Contract & Compensation Terms: Initial Onboarding Milestone ($200): Paid upon contract start for conducting initial pipeline setup and completing the first campaign sales calls. Closing Bonus ($1,000 per close): Paid directly through Upwork's native bonus feature for every account you close upon their first cleared invoice. Requirements: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, discovery calls, and closing high-ticket deals. Ability to manage the entire sales process independently with minimal supervision.
