B2B Outreach & Appointment Setter for a Small, Targeted Professional-Services Pilot

I’m looking for an experienced B2B sales development professional to personally run a small, carefully targeted outbound test for a newly developed professional service: highly personalised 1:1 voice and communication coaching for professionals, commissioned by organisations. I’m a solo specialist, not a company with an internal sales team. The offer, website and sales materials are already developed. This is a high-trust professional service, so I’m not looking for mass outreach, hundreds of generic leads, or activity for its own sake. A shared core message is completely reasonable, but organisations and contacts should be selected carefully, with enough relevant adaptation for the communication to feel credible and professional. Scope The selected freelancer should personally handle: target and account research; contact sourcing; outreach through appropriate channels; human follow-ups and reply handling; initial qualification; booking relevant conversations; simple reporting on responses, meetings and useful market feedback. I’m not looking for someone who only provides strategy, templates or a lead list for me to execute. I also do not want to conduct the cold outreach myself. Initial buyer hypotheses include: HR, L&D, Talent and Leadership Development; universities and research organisations; professional-development and leadership programmes. These are hypotheses to test rather than fixed assumptions. Reasoned refinements are welcome, but this is an execution-first role, not a broad consulting or branding project. Goal of the pilot The initial goal is modest: determine whether appropriate organisational buyers understand the offer; generate a small number of qualified conversations; identify whether there is credible interest in a paid pilot; gather useful evidence about targeting and messaging.
