B2B Partnership Outreach and Appointment Setter

An early-stage estate-planning technology company is seeking a reliable outreach specialist to research high-value organizations, contact relevant decision-makers, and book qualified partnership meetings directly on the founder’s calendar. This is not consumer sales or high-volume cold calling. Outreach will be conducted through personalized email and LinkedIn messages. Target organizations include: • Universities and alumni associations • Charities and nonprofit organizations • Trust companies and corporate fiduciaries • Regional banks and credit unions • Financial services and insurance networks • Employee benefits organizations Responsibilities: • Research qualified target organizations • Identify relevant senior decision-makers • Find and verify professional email addresses • Write personalized outreach using approved messaging • Send email and LinkedIn follow-ups • Respond to basic questions using provided materials • Schedule interested prospects on the founder’s calendar • Maintain accurate records and weekly reports Requirements: • Excellent written English • B2B lead generation or appointment-setting experience • Strong online research skills • Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn • Professional judgment when contacting senior executives • Reliable communication and attention to detail Compensation: • $8 per hour • Approximately 10 hours per week initially • $10 bonus for each qualified appointment that is completed • Two-week paid trial with potential for ongoing work and increased hours To apply, please include: A brief description of your relevant experience Examples of qualified meetings you have booked The outreach and research tools you have used A short sample email to the director of a university alumni association introducing an estate-planning partnership Success will be measured by the quality of target accounts, professional outreach, interested responses, and completed meetings with relevant decision-makers.
