The goal of this project is to identify supply chain gaps, quality bottlenecks, and technical demands regarding medicinal mushroom extracts (e.g., Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane) by securing and conducting depth interviews with key industry decision-makers. Background: Educational background or direct freelance experience in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Biotechnology, Food Technology, or an MBA in Pharma/Agribusiness Management. Skills: Exceptional professional communication skills (written and spoken). Must confidently understand and speak industry terminology (e.g., standardized extracts, active bioactives, FSSAI compliance, COA/heavy metal reports). Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional email outreach, and Excel/Google Sheets. Traits: Persistive, professional, and comfortable navigating corporate structures to reach decision-makers. No "telemarketing" or aggressive sales mindsets—this is an analytical, peer-to-peer research exercise.
