Summary

We’re conducting a qualitative research study and need help sourcing companies and booking decision-makers for 45-60 min online interviews via Zoom. We are conducting a B2B research study to understand how small and mid-sized international companies manage and pay contractors globally, what solutions they use, how they make decisions, and what challenges they face. We are especially interested in their approach to benefits and guarantees they provide their contractors with. The Task Recruit four (4) qualified participants for 60-minute online interviews. We will conduct all interviews ourself. Your responsibility is finding, screening, and scheduling suitable participants. Target profiles We are looking for decision-makers from companies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany with approximately 50–200 employees. Participants should be responsible for, influence, or be involved in decisions related to: • Managing international contractors • Contractor payment models (CoR, EoR, Freelance or others) • Contractor compliance and engagement • Selection of contractor management platforms • Selection of benefits solutions for contractors Examples of suitable roles: • Founder / Co-Founder • CEO • COO • CFO • Head of Operations • VP Operations • HR Director • People Operations Lead • Procurement or Vendor Management leaders • Other decision-makers responsible for contractor workforce management We are particularly interested in two company types: Profile 1 Companies with 50–200 employees that work with international contractors and use: • Contractor Management solutions • Contractor of Record (COR) services • Similar engagement models that provide guarantees or compliance support, e.g. health insurance. Profile 2 US-based companies with up to 200 employees that provide benefits to contractors through dedicated platforms or third-party solutions. Research objectives We want to understand: • Key business challenges and pain points • Drivers behind choosing current solutions • Decision-making process and buying criteria • Barriers to adopting new solutions • Needs related to contractor management, payments, compliance, and benefits We are looking for companies that hire contractors abroad for 3+ months engagements (long-term, not one-off projects). These criteria may help you find a better match: Monthly spend on contractors: $3,000+ per month (services payments) Model/platform exposure: any experience working with contractors via B2B contracts, CoR, EOR, or payroll solutions. What you will do Identify and outreach to qualified companies (email/LinkedIn/other) Pre-screen eligibility against criteria above (we will help with screening as well) Secure interview participation and schedule time slots Provide basic tracking (company, role, confirmation status, notes on criteria fit) Recruitment requirements Information to be provided for verification • Company name • Company website • Number of employees (estimate is acceptable) • Participant name • Job title • LinkedIn profile • Brief explanation of why they fit the target profile We will verify the eligibility of each candidate and notify you when the interview may be scheduled. The final output of this recruitment task is: 1. 4 approved participants who fully match the target profiles. 2. A database with participants information 3. Coordination of scheduling between the participant and the research team. 4. Confirmation that participants have agreed to attend the interview and understand the purpose of the research. 5. Replacement recruitment if a participant cancels before the interview takes place. Success Criteria A participant is considered successfully recruited if: • They match one of the target profiles (two participants from Profile 1 and two participants from Profile 2). • They have decision-making authority or significant influence over contractor management, contractor payments, contractor benefits, or contractor platform selection. • They attend the scheduled interview. • Their profile is approved by the research team before scheduling. The respondent incentive is included in the cost and covered by the contractor.
