B2B SEO Link Building & Outreach Specialist

We're looking for an experienced SEO link building and outreach specialist to help us improve keyword rankings for B2B clients. This role is focused on high-quality backlink acquisition, outreach, and ranking improvement. We are not looking for spammy link packages, PBNs, link farms, mass directory submissions, or low-quality guest posts. You should understand B2B SEO, keyword ranking strategy, competitor backlink analysis, and how to build links that are relevant, safe, and useful. Responsibilities: + Research backlink opportunities for B2B companies + Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify link gaps + Build targeted outreach lists of relevant websites, blogs, publications, associations, directories, and partner sites + Write and send personalized outreach emails + Pitch guest posts, expert quotes, resource page placements, niche edits, podcast placements, directory listings, and other legitimate backlink opportunities + Track outreach activity, responses, live links, domain authority, relevance, anchor text, and target URLs + Help improve keyword rankings for target pages + Provide weekly reporting on links built, outreach progress, rankings, and next steps + Coordinate with our team on target keywords, landing pages, content assets, and SEO priorities Requirements: + Strong experience with link building and SEO outreach + Experience working with B2B companies + Strong written English + Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, and similar SEO tools + Ability to find relevant, high-quality backlink opportunities + Ability to write personalized outreach emails + Understanding of anchor text, topical relevance, domain quality, spam score, and link risk + Ability to report clearly and stay organized You must be comfortable working independently and showing results What we do not want: X No PBNs X No link farms X No automated mass outreach with poor personalization X No irrelevant guest posts X No spammy directories X No low-quality AI-written guest posts X No links from fake traffic websites X No black-hat SEO Ideal candidate: 1.
