We are looking for an experienced B2B website copywriter to write and improve website content for an Australian Managed IT Services Provider. The business provides managed IT support, cyber security, Microsoft 365, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, network support, Wi-Fi, connectivity and IT consulting for Australian businesses. The content needs to be SEO-optimised, conversion-focused and written in clear Australian English. It should speak to business owners, operations managers, office managers and decision-makers, not just technical IT people. We need content for service pages, solution pages, industry pages, location pages, case studies and trust pages. The copy should be professional, practical, commercially focused and human-written. We do not want generic AI-generated content. Scope of Work The scope may include: reviewing the current website structure and content; writing SEO-optimised website copy; improving service page content; writing solution-focused pages; writing industry-specific pages; writing location-based pages for Sydney and surrounding areas; writing case studies using challenge, solution, outcome and results; writing FAQs for each page; writing SEO page titles and meta descriptions; improving calls to action; suggesting internal links between pages; using Australian English spelling and formatting; making the content clear, trustworthy and easy to understand; ensuring the copy is written for business decision-makers, not just technical users.
