Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build Makeity's agency partnership program from the ground up. Makeity is a UGC marketplace connecting brands with verified content creators worldwide. Your mission will be to identify, approach, present, negotiate and close partnerships with Shopify, eCommerce and digital marketing agencies in the US. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to signed partnership. Responsibilities - Build targeted lead lists of Shopify, eCommerce and digital marketing agencies - Prospect decision makers (Founders, CEOs and Agency Owners) - Cold call and cold email potential partners - Run live product demonstrations - Handle objections and negotiate partnership terms - Close new agency partnerships - Follow up with prospects until a decision is reached - Build and improve a repeatable outbound sales process - Maintain CRM and provide weekly activity reports Requirements - Proven experience selling B2B SaaS - Experience with full-cycle sales - Excellent spoken English - Experience selling to agencies is a strong advantage - Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Success in this role - The primary KPI is the number of active agency partnerships signed and activated.
