B2B SaaS Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist - Appointment Setting | No Closing

We’re seeking a reliable "B2B SaaS Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist" to identify targeted prospects, conduct professional outbound cold calls, qualify decision-makers, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in "B2B prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, lead qualification, and list building", with strong communication and follow-up skills. This is strictly a no-closing role you will not be responsible for closing deals. Your main responsibilities will include researching prospects, verifying lead information, making outbound calls, identifying interested and qualified prospects, scheduling meetings, updating CRM records, and providing clear outreach reports. Experience with CRM software, telemarketing, sales development, inside sales, market research, and business development is preferred. We need someone who can start quickly, work independently, and consistently focus on quality leads, conversations, conversions, and booked appointments.
