We are hiring a high-performing outbound BDR / appointment setter to help drive pipeline for a fast-growing AI platform focused on Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is NOT a generic cold calling role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build pipeline, qualify prospects, and book real revenue-generating meetings. You will be setting appointments directly for our sales leader. 🧠 About Us We are building the Hive AI Platform — an AI enablement platform designed specifically for MSPs. Our ideal customers: MSPs with 5–75 employees (sweet spot: 10–50) $500K – $15M in revenue Owner / CEO / COO decision-makers United States-based 🎯 Your Role You will be responsible for multi-channel outbound prospecting, including: Cold calling MSP owners and executives (primary channel) LinkedIn outreach and connection building Email sequences and follow-ups Managing outreach campaigns and tracking activity Your goal is simple: 👉 Book qualified sales meetings that convert into revenue 🛠 Tools We Use HubSpot (CRM + pipeline tracking) Apollo.io (sequencing + prospecting) Experience with these (or similar tools) is required. ✅ Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These) Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / BDR role Strong cold calling experience (comfortable speaking with executives) Experience booking meetings for SaaS or tech services Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) Experience with CRM and outbound tools Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent BONUS (Highly Preferred): Experience selling into MSPs or IT services companies Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or automation platforms 📈 What Success Looks Like 50–100 outbound touches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn) 5–10 qualified meetings booked per week High-quality conversations with decision-makers Clean CRM updates and activity tracking 💰 Compensation Hourly rate (based on experience) Bonus per deal closed from your meetings We reward performance.
