We are looking for a results-driven sales partner to build and manage the complete sales pipeline for Passorra, an AI Governance, EU AI Act, and Compliance SaaS platform serving European SMEs and startups. About Passorra Passorra is an AI Governance, EU AI Act, Digital Product Passport (DPP), and Compliance SaaS platform designed to help European SMEs and startups manage compliance requirements, document governance processes, prepare for regulatory obligations, and streamline compliance workflows. We are seeking a results-driven sales partner to build and manage the complete sales pipeline for Passorra, an AI Governance, EU AI Act, and Compliance SaaS platform serving European SMEs and startups. Role Overview This is not a lead-generation-only role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and help establish a repeatable sales process as we grow. The ideal candidate has experience selling B2B SaaS solutions into European markets and is comfortable engaging with business owners, founders, compliance professionals, consultants, agencies, and decision-makers. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify and research qualified prospects across Europe and the UK • Build targeted lead lists based on our ideal customer profile • Source leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, industry directories, events, associations, and other channels • Maintain and organize prospect data within a CRM or structured process Outbound Sales • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other appropriate channels • Create personalized messaging for prospects • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities Discovery & Qualification • Conduct discovery calls with prospects • Understand customer challenges and compliance requirements • Qualify opportunities and determine fit Product Demonstrations • Deliver live product demonstrations • Explain Passorra’s features, benefits, and use cases • Position the platform effectively against customer needs Closing & Account Growth • Manage proposals and negotiations • Handle objections and follow-ups • Close new customers • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities Partnership Development • Identify and approach compliance consultants, AI governance consultants, ESG consultants, Digital Product Passport consultants, regulatory advisors, and implementation partners • Identify and engage agencies that serve our target customers • Build referral and partnership relationships • Negotiate partnership agreements • Convert partners into long-term referral channels • Help partners understand how Passorra can be integrated into their service offerings Sales Process Development • Help establish sales scripts, outreach sequences, qualification criteria, and best practices • Provide market feedback and customer insights • Help refine pricing, positioning, and messaging based on prospect conversations Target Markets • European Union • United Kingdom • SMEs • Startups • AI-enabled businesses • Manufacturing companies • Software companies • HR-tech companies • Health-tech companies • Compliance-focused organizations Ideal Experience • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience • Experience selling into Europe or the UK • Experience conducting demos and closing deals • Strong LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate professionally with senior decision-makers • Experience in compliance, governance, cybersecurity, ESG, RegTech, LegalTech, AI, or enterprise software is highly preferred Compensation €100/month retainer + 20% commission on all paid subscriptions closed for the first 12 months. Commission is paid only after customer payment is received. For yearly subscriptions, commission is calculated on the actual collected yearly amount after discounts.
