Job Title: B2B SaaS Sales Rep / Appointment Setter — 10% Commission on Signups (Outbound, Commission Only) Category: Sales & Business Development Job Description: We’re an operations platform that helps teams move faster by closing the gap between the people doing the work and the people approving it. We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated sales rep to drive trial signups through outbound outreach. This is a commission-only role, paid per signup — high upside for someone who’s good at outbound and wants to build a pipeline they own. What you’ll do: • Identify and reach out to target prospects (ops leads, founders, agency owners, project managers) via cold email, LinkedIn DMs, and/or cold calls • Drive free trial signups directly, or book demo calls that convert to signups • Track outreach and results; report weekly • Iterate on messaging based on what’s converting You’re a good fit if you: • Have proven experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales • Can write outreach that doesn’t sound like a template • Are comfortable working independently with minimal oversight • Have your own tools/lists or know how to build them (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc. — a plus but not required) Compensation: • 10% commission on the first year’s revenue for every signup you generate that converts to a paid plan • Paid only when a signup converts — no cap on earnings or number of signups To apply, please include: 1.
