B2B SaaS UX and QA Specialist for Focused Pre-Launch Audit

I am the solo founder of Exctrack, a B2B SaaS application for configuring, running, scheduling, and managing automated web data extraction. The application is substantially developed, and a UI/UX team is currently creating the sitemap, user flows, and interface designs in Figma. I need an independent specialist to conduct a focused product audit before launch. The fixed budget is $500. This is not a request for a full penetration test, formal accessibility certification, complete automated test suite, or large user-research study. I need an experienced person who can identify the highest-risk UX and functional problems within a clearly defined scope. SCOPE 1. Review the current Figma sitemap and principal user flows. 2. Review the staging application and relevant product documentation. 3. Evaluate whether navigation, terminology, and task flows are understandable. 4. Test five critical customer journeys. 5. Identify missing steps, confusing interactions, functional defects, and major launch risks. 6. Retest critical defects after corrections within the agreed project time. CRITICAL JOURNEYS 1. A prospective customer understanding the product, pricing, trust information, and registration path. 2. A new user registering, signing in, and creating a first extraction job. 3. A user running a job, understanding its status, and reviewing results. 4. A user understanding and recovering from a failed extraction. 5. An administrator managing settings, credits or billing, API keys, permissions, and delivery configuration. Where time permits, please also examine tenant boundaries, responsive behavior, and basic keyboard accessibility. DELIVERABLES • Concise review of the sitemap and critical Figma flows • Prioritized findings using Critical, High, Medium, and Low severity • Reproducible bug reports for Critical and High issues • Screenshots or short recordings showing important problems • Recommended corrections written for the design and development teams • Final launch-risk summary stating what passed, failed, was blocked, and was not tested • One round of retesting for Critical issues within the agreed project hours REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • At least three years of relevant SaaS UX, product, or QA experience • Experience testing B2B web applications • Experience reviewing Figma user flows and information architecture • Strong manual and exploratory testing skills • Ability to produce clear and reproducible bug reports • Experience with authentication, dashboards, workflow applications, permissions, or billing • Excellent written communication Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, React, APIs, Playwright, Postman, accessibility testing, or data products is preferred. PROJECT LIMITS The $500 fixed budget should cover approximately 10 to 15 hours of focused work. Testing will use a staging environment and synthetic data. Production credentials and real customer information will not be provided. This project does not include penetration testing, legal or compliance review, SOC 2 readiness, formal WCAG certification, load testing, complete automated regression coverage, recruiting research participants, or testing every page and edge case.
