B2B Growth Specialist — Business Finance & Legal Services — $75 Paid Trial + Performance Bonuses We are looking for one ambitious person who wants the opportunity to become a major part of our business-development operation. This role supports two U.S.-based service businesses: - Business financing - Process serving / legal support services This begins with a $75 fixed-price paid trial, but we are not looking for someone to complete one small project and disappear. We want to find someone who can generate opportunities, build relationships, follow up relentlessly, use technology well, and help turn outreach into real revenue. If you prove you can do that, there is room for ongoing work, performance bonuses, increased responsibility, and larger earning opportunities. THE OPPORTUNITY You will help us reach two valuable professional markets. BUSINESS FINANCING You will help identify and contact business owners who may need financing for: - Growth - Working capital - Equipment - Expansion - Cash-flow needs - Other legitimate business purposes Your role is focused on prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and qualified interest. You are not expected to approve loans or make underwriting decisions. PROCESS SERVING & LEGAL SUPPORT You will also help us develop relationships with: - Attorneys - Law firms - Legal departments - Collection firms - Process-serving companies - Agencies - Businesses that regularly need legal-document service The goal is not to obtain a single job. The goal is to develop repeat business relationships that can continue sending work. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your responsibilities may include: - Researching qualified businesses and legal prospects - Identifying decision-makers - Finding accurate contact information - Making outbound calls - Sending professional email outreach - Following up with prospects - Generating consultation or service requests - Tracking leads and follow-up dates - Maintaining clean CRM records - Researching new markets and prospect categories - Using AI to improve research, outreach, and productivity - Helping develop better scripts and follow-up strategies - Reporting clearly on what is working and what is not We care about business generated, not vanity metrics. Sending 500 bad emails is not success. Getting the right person to respond, following up correctly, and helping create a paying client is success. COMPUTER & DIGITAL MARKETING SKILLS We want someone who can do more than make calls. Useful experience includes: - Google Sheets - Google Docs - CRM systems - Email outreach - Online lead research - LinkedIn research - Facebook and Instagram - Canva - Basic social media content - Basic Google Ads understanding - Basic Meta/Facebook Ads understanding - ChatGPT or other AI tools - Lead-generation software - Online business directories - Data organization and reporting Advanced advertising expertise is not required. Being smart, organized, coachable, and resourceful is more important. PERFORMANCE BONUS OPPORTUNITY The paid trial is your opportunity to prove what you can do. Strong performers may earn bonuses when their work leads to completed revenue-producing business. Business Financing Performance bonus eligibility begins only after: 1. You generate or materially contribute to the client opportunity. 2. The financing transaction successfully funds. 3. Our company receives its applicable revenue or commission. Process Serving / Legal Clients Performance bonus eligibility begins only after: 1. You help generate the new law firm, attorney, agency, or business relationship. 2. The client sends actual work. 3. The work is completed. 4. Our company receives payment. Bonuses are not paid for simply finding a lead, sending an email, booking an appointment, or receiving a verbal commitment. We reward real business that produces real revenue. Recurring and higher-value relationships may provide greater earning opportunities.
