B2B Sales Caller / Appointment Setter for Warm & Cold Outbound Follow-Up

We’re looking for a part-time sales caller to support our outbound campaigns for 1 of our clients (with room to grow accounts). We run email and LinkedIn outreach for B2B clients. Your role will be to call highest intent prospects inside those sequences, follow up with interested or engaged leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings. This will start with one client account, with the opportunity to grow into more accounts if it’s a good fit. Responsibilities: - Make cold and warm calls to prospects in active campaigns - Follow up with interested leads quickly - Qualify prospects based on the client’s target market - Book meetings on the client’s calendar - Leave voicemails and send short follow-up notes when needed - Track call outcomes and notes clearly - Share feedback on objections, lead quality, and messaging Requirements: - B2B cold calling, SDR, or appointment-setting experience - Strong English and clear phone presence - Comfortable calling executives, owners, and decision-makers - Organized with follow-up and CRM notes - Available during US business hours - Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, Aircall, or similar is a plus Details: - Part-time - Remote - Starting with one client - Opportunity for more client accounts over time To apply, send a brief note on your calling experience, the types of buyers you’ve called, your availability, and your hourly rate.
