We Streamline B2B is a done-for-you automation agency that helps HVAC, Solar, and Roofing companies automate their lead follow-up and dispatch systems. We're looking for a motivated SDR to help us find and book qualified sales calls with business owners in those industries. What you'll do: Identify and reach out to HVAC, Solar, and Roofing company owners via email, LinkedIn, or Instagram Qualify prospects and book discovery calls with our founder Track outreach activity and report weekly Who we're looking for: Experience with B2B cold outreach (email, DMs, or LinkedIn) Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Familiarity with the trades industry is a plus but not required Compensation: Fixed commission ($200) per signed client you bring in This is a performance-based role — the more you close, the more you earn To apply: Tell me about a time you successfully booked meetings or closed clients through cold outreach.
