B2B SaaS Sales Representative – High Commission (100% Month 1 and after 10% Lifetime Recurring each month) About Us We run an innovative AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate and simplify quotes and invoicing for contractors, artisans, freelancers, and independent professionals. Our tool solves a massive pain point for them: saving hours of administrative work every week through voice-to-text intelligence and automated financial tracking. We are expanding our market reach and looking for high-performing, self-motivated B2B Sales Representatives / Closers to onboard users onto our platform. The Role & Strategy Your main objective is to connect with independent professionals and convert them into paid subscribers. * Target Audience: Artisans (plumbers, electricians, builders), freelancers, consultants, and independent business owners. * Sales Approach: Outbound prospecting, cold calling/outreach, demo booking, social selling, and leveraging local business networks or directories. * The Solution: You will be selling an intuitive app that lets them create fully compliant quotes and invoices using simple voice commands in seconds. Uncapped Compensation Plan (Commission Only) We offer one of the most aggressive and highly motivating commission structures on Upwork to reward top closers: * First Month Reward: You receive 100% of the client's subscription cost for their very first month. * Lifetime Passive Income: You receive 10% recurring commission every single month after that, for as long as the client remains subscribed to the platform. Example: Build a portfolio of active subscribers and watch your monthly passive revenue compound organically over time. Requirements & Skills * Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years in B2B SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, or high-ticket closing. * Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to contractors, artisans, or small business owners is a massive plus. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (or French if targeting French-speaking markets—please specify your languages). * Autonomy: A self-starter attitude.
