B2B Sales Expert — Find & Close Clients for Parking Lot Striping Business

We run a parking lot and garage striping business (line striping, restriping, ADA-compliant markings) and need a sales pro to bring in commercial and local clients — full cycle, from prospecting to closed deal. What you'll do: - Build targeted lead lists: property managers, HOAs, shopping centers, office parks, schools, churches, general contractors, and facility managers in our service area - Cold call and email prospects to pitch our striping services - Follow up on quotes and handle objections - Close deals and hand off scheduling to us - Track your pipeline in a simple CRM or spreadsheet You're a fit if you have: - Proven B2B sales experience (home services, construction, or facility services a big plus) - Fluent English and a confident phone presence - Experience with cold outreach tools (or willing to use ours) - Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Pay: $5,000 fixed-price project, released in milestones for each client you close.
