Summary

🔹We are looking to hire local Freelancers to support our U.S. market development through cold calling and on-site visits. We offer bonus per closed order We provide calling system and scripts We provide product training and sales materials We conduct weekly review and support 🔹What you’ll be doing 1. Cold calling target companies (distributors & end users) Identify decision makers (purchasing / operations / owner) Check if they have demand for products (wire decking, racks, containers) Identify and evaluate customer scale (VERY IMPORTANT) During calls, you must try to understand: Where do they source from, local or import, which supplier Approximate monthly or annual purchasing volume Whether they only do project basis or they have stock demand 2. Set appointments and conduct local visits Visit clients at least once every two weeks Build relationships and gather deeper information 🔹Who we are HM Group was established in 2003 and specializes in warehouse storage and material handling equipment, including wire decking, wire containers, and pallet racking systems. We have worked with well-known brands such as Coca-Cola, Amazon, and Dexion, and support OEM projects for multiple international partners. With over 20 years of experience, we provide reliable quality, stable supply, and competitive pricing. 🔹 Work structure Minimum 8 hours per week Combination of cold calling + local visits At least one field visit every two weeks 🔹 Compensation Hourly base pay Bonus per successful order
