B2B Sales, Sourcing & Creative Operations Coordinator Position: B2B Sales & Sourcing Coordinator Type: Full-Time, Dedicated Remote (Work from Home) Reports to: Founder 📌 ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an operational specialist who can hold the line between our corporate retail buyers, our overseas manufacturing plants, and our internal Creative Director. This is a dynamic, high-ownership role that uniquely blends Supply Chain Logistics, Strict Retail Compliance, and Creative Operations / Catalogue Management. You will keep our product pipeline moving flawlessly from the first factory sample to landed, sellable stock. 💼 WHAT YOU WILL OWN 🔹 B2B Account Support & Catalogues: Act as the daily operational contact for major retail buyers. Own the end-to-end creation, layout, and updating of digital wholesale catalogues and line sheets, including international wholesale outreach. 🔹 Creative Data Syncing: Act as the bridge between the wholesale (B2B) and consumer-facing (B2C) sides of the business. Cross-reference, map, and "encode" product files to ensure SKUs, dimensions, names, and images match perfectly between wholesale print sheets, e-commerce back-ends, and marketing briefs. 🔹 Creative Director Liaison: Act as the right hand to our Creative Director, organizing digital assets (photography, packaging layouts) and helping translate product manufacturing timelines into clear marketing and content briefs (Reels/social plans). Coordinate creator/UGC collaborations and shoots. 🔹 Factory Management & Sourcing: Coordinate daily with overseas suppliers regarding production schedules, raw materials, samples, and complex packaging details (color boxes, carton marks, care labels, dimensions). 🔹 Compliance & QA: Fill out detailed retailer compliance documents (such as packaging composition forms), coordinate product lab testing, and manage eco/sustainability certifications. 🔹 Freight & 3PL Logistics: Book and track sea/air container shipments with freight forwarders, handle warehouse intake bookings, process orders/returns, and resolve any delivery anomalies. 🎯 MUST-HAVE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ✔️ 3+ Years Experience in B2B wholesale support, supply chain coordination, e-commerce operations, or creative digital asset management. ✔️ Digital Asset & Data Synchronization: Proven experience organizing and mapping product data/files across different platforms (e.g., matching e-commerce website data to print/PDF catalogs). ✔️ Impeccable Written English: A highly professional, calm, and measured email manner capable of independently messaging corporate retail buyers. ✔️ Technical Packaging Literacy: Sharp eye for visual consistency and deep understanding of packaging specifications (shipping marks, care labels, dimensional drawings). ✔️ Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong comfort using Shopify, ShipStation, Canva, and Google Sheets. ✔️ Global Coordination: Confident managing communications across competing deadlines and different time zones. 🔥 BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Fluency in Mandarin (to speak directly with manufacturers). Direct experience handling strict compliance matrixes for major global supermarkets or department stores. A professional background in homewares, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or textiles. 📈 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 30 Days: Take over the wholesale inbox, master the order queue, and understand our current creative assets. By 60 Days: Independently run factory follow-ups, handle complex compliance paperwork, and sync B2B/B2C files flawlessly.
