We are a specialized engineering firm building production-grade AI systems, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures. We are currently expanding our client base strictly outside of India, targeting enterprise clients and well-funded startups in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Kenya. We have strong, proven case studies—such as deploying high-impact automation for enterprise logistics that reclaimed over 2,000 man-hours—so you will have powerful metrics to use in your outreach. The Role & Sales Process: We are looking for an aggressive, well-networked Business Development Manager to hunt, qualify, and close high-ticket retainers. You will handle outbound generation and initial qualification. Once a lead is warm, you will bring in our Partner & Principal AI Architect to handle the technical discovery and help you close the deal. Compensation Structure (Read Carefully): This role is designed for a closer who operates on performance. Hourly Rate ($15–$20/hr): This is paid strictly for our scheduled strategy syncs, pipeline reviews, and onboarding discussions. Commission: Your actual outreach and closing efforts are compensated 100% through heavy, tiered Upwork milestone bonuses (equivalent to ~10% of contract value) paid the moment a client signs and funds their contract. What You Will Be Selling (Tiered Bonuses): Phase 1: Initial Discovery ($3,000 / month) — $300 Bonus Tier 1: Pilot / MVP Build ($6,000 / month) — $600+ Bonus (1 Core AI Pipeline, Weekly Sprints) Tier 2: Scale ($12,000 / month) — $1,200+ Bonus (Production Integration, Multi-Agent System - Our Primary Target) There is no cap on these bonuses. If you build a strong pipeline, the financial upside is massive. Requirements: Proven track record of closing B2B technical services, SaaS, or enterprise consulting. Deep understanding of the cultural and business nuances in our target markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, Africa). Ability to confidently speak to VP-level and C-suite technical leaders.
