About Us: We are a growing company specializing in Automation and Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) services. We help businesses optimize their workflows and leverage cutting-edge technology to scale. We are looking for a reliable, long-term Video Editor to help us establish a consistent and professional brand presence on social media. The Role: We need an editor who can take our raw footage (videos + scripts) and transform them into polished, ready-to-publish pieces. We aim to produce 1 to 2 videos per week max, alternating between short-form and long-form content. Language Requirement (CRITICAL): * Full Spanish fluency is mandatory. All of our raw footage, scripts, and content are in Spanish. * You must be able to perfectly understand the spoken audio to make precise cuts in the correct segments. * You will also be responsible for ensuring that any on-screen text, transcriptions, or subtitles are 100% grammatically correct in Spanish. What You Will Do: * Short-Form Content: Edit 1-minute videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. * Long-Form Content: Edit 5 to 10-minute videos for YouTube. * The Process: Review raw material, trim and cut the footage, arrange clips according to the script, and deliver a seamless final product. * Content Selection & Common Sense: Our raw footage often includes mistakes, retakes, or multiple versions of the same sentence. You will need to use your best judgment and common sense to identify and piece together the best takes to make the final video smooth and logical. Style & Aesthetic: * Since our target audience is B2B (Business-to-Business), we are looking for a minimalist, clean, and highly professional editing style. We do not want over-edited, high-energy TikTok transitions. Your editing should include: * Smooth and professional transitions between clips. * Subtle, corporate-appropriate background music where necessary. * Clean on-screen text overlays, callouts, or dynamic subtitles/transcriptions. * Color correction and audio enhancement to ensure a premium feel. Requirements: * Native or professional fluency in Spanish. * Proven experience editing video content for B2B brands, corporate clients, or tech companies (please share your portfolio). * Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Cap CapCut, etc.). * High attention to detail and strong critical thinking/common sense to filter raw footage. * Good communication skills and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
