Cold Caller Needed to Contact Restaurants and Book POS Demonstrations We’re looking for an experienced cold caller—or a professional calling agency—to contact restaurant owners across the United States and schedule qualified demonstrations for our restaurant POS system. Our platform includes POS, online ordering, loyalty, marketing, digital signage, kitchen display systems, and other restaurant-management tools—all in one platform. Your responsibilities: Cold-call restaurant owners and decision-makers Clearly introduce our POS system and explain its main benefits Identify restaurants that currently have a POS but are looking for something better Identify new restaurants that still need a POS system Qualify interested prospects Schedule demonstrations directly on our sales calendar Accurately track calls, responses, follow-ups, and appointments Follow up with interested prospects who are not ready to book immediately What we’re looking for: Proven cold-calling and appointment-setting experience Experience calling restaurants or selling POS, payment processing, SaaS, or restaurant technology is strongly preferred Clear, confident English and excellent communication skills Ability to speak directly with owners and decision-makers Comfortable handling objections and rejection Reliable calling system, internet connection, and professional work environment Ability to provide daily reports and call recordings Agency applicants must provide information about the callers assigned to our campaign Performance expectations: Consistent daily call volume Qualified appointments—not fake, unconfirmed, or low-quality bookings Prospects must understand that the appointment is for a restaurant POS demonstration Appointment quality, attendance rate, and sales results will be monitored When applying, please include: Your cold-calling experience Any experience calling restaurants or selling POS systems Whether you are an individual caller or an agency Your expected daily call volume Your average appointment-setting results A short voice recording or sample call Your hourly rate or preferred compensation structure The calling software and lead-tracking system you use We’re looking for someone dependable who can work with us long-term.
