Job Title: Expert GovWin / CLEATUS Bid Manager & Lead Generator (Government & Military Contracts) ​Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Government Contracts Specialist / Bid Manager to help us identify, bid on, and win lucrative U.S. government and military contracts. ​To be successful in this role, you must have deep experience with CLEATUS and federal procurement platforms. ​What We Are Looking For: ​Proven track record in federal/defense government contracting. ​Expert-level knowledge of CLEATUS and market intelligence tools. ​Ability to conduct thorough market research and lead generation for high-value contracts. ​Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills. ​Compensation & Structure: While Upwork requires a fixed-price budget setup (currently set as a placeholder), we are looking for a long-term partner and prefer a performance-based / percentage-based compensation model. We are offering a generous commission/percentage from the secured contracts.
