BAS Proposal with Estimation

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive BAS proposal with detailed estimation for a commercial building project. The ideal candidate will have experience in building automation systems and be able to provide a thorough analysis of the project's requirements. The proposal should include a detailed breakdown of costs and timelines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. A. Control Components to be Provided Microprocessor-based controllers Room sensors / thermostats Damper actuators (24V, spring return) Pressure-independent VAV controllers Airflow sensors / transducers Control transformers, relays, terminal strips Control panels (NEMA enclosure) Responsibilities Install complete control system including: Power wiring coordination (with Division 26) Control/interlock wiring Coordinate with: HVAC equipment suppliers Electrical contractor Fire alarm contractor Integration Scope HVAC ↔ BAS workstation HVAC ↔ Fire alarm (shutdown/alarms) HVAC ↔ Lighting / occupancy (where applicable) HVAC ↔ sensors and field devices B. Functional Control Features Occupied / unoccupied scheduling Setpoint adjustment (local + remote) Fan and damper control Economizer operation Compressor staging / anti-short cycle Alarm monitoring and fault diagnostics Must have experience working on similar projects in the US.
