(EU BASED) Full-Time Trading Community Closer

We're looking for 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends. You must be available during CET hours. Fixed monthly base plus performance bonuses on top. If you perform, you grow with us. This is a long-term partnership, not a freelance project. What you'll actually be doing: handling incoming Telegram chats and DMs, building trust with leads through real trading conversations, closing them into paid memberships, and following up on warm leads until they convert. You need to have real experience in the forex space. That means you understand market structure, entries, risk management, and you can talk about it like a trader, not like someone reading a script. Experience working with other FX groups, signal providers, or prop firm communities is a strong plus. We specifically want someone from Eastern Europe because we need overlap with CET time zones, strong English communication, and the hunger to build something serious.
