We are currently looking for an experienced BBB (Better Business Bureau) Reputation & Complaint Resolution Manager who can help us improve and maintain a strong BBB reputation and create a high level customer resolution process. Current BBB Status BBB Rating: F 15 total complaints within the last 3 years 7 complaints closed within the last 12 months Our goal is to significantly improve our BBB profile, customer satisfaction, and overall brand trust. Goal: We are searching for someone who can help us build a professional long term reputation management system and improve our BBB rating to the highest level possible.
