Remote BDC Rep (Bilingual English/Spanish) — Automotive Dealership Leads Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week) | Remote | Hourly + Performance Bonuses About the Role We're hiring a remote BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to handle both inbound warm leads and outbound cold calling for automotive dealership clients. This is a phone-heavy, high-volume role — you'll be the first voice a customer hears, so a strong, friendly phone presence and fluency in both English and Spanish are non-negotiable. What You'll Do Call and follow up with warm leads generated from our ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, dynamic inventory ads) Make outbound cold calls from provided prospect lists to generate new appointments Qualify leads and set appointments for dealership sales teams Log every call, outcome, and follow-up in our CRM Follow up persistently with leads that don't convert on the first attempt (text, call, email cadence) Handle basic objections around financing, trade-ins, and vehicle availability Communicate fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking customers Compensation Base hourly rate + performance bonuses Bonus paid per qualified appointment set Additional bonus paid per appointment that results in a sale The more appointments and sales you generate, the more you earn — this role rewards hustle Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required, not preferred Prior experience in a BDC, call center, sales, or appointment-setting role (automotive experience a big plus) Comfortable with high call volume and cold outreach Reliable, quiet home work environment with a strong internet connection and a good headset Available for a consistent 40-hour/week schedule (hours to be discussed — some evening/weekend availability preferred) Strong follow-up discipline — most leads convert on the 3rd–5th touch, not the 1st Basic comfort with CRM software (training provided on our specific tools) Nice to Have Previous automotive or BHPH (buy-here-pay-here) dealership experience Experience with dialers or auto-dialing software A track record of hitting appointment-set or show-rate quotas How to Apply Please include: A short voice/video intro in both English and Spanish Your experience with cold calling and/or BDC work Your available hours/timezone We're looking to fill this role quickly and will prioritize candidates who can start soon.
