We are seeking a skilled architect to create detailed CAD drawings for planning and building control approval. Basic 3D walkthrough or visuals required for design stages. Layout has been 75% completed in Autocad. An architect is required to improve and optimise design with design features and water features. Architect Required to: Optimise and lining up of floor layouts. Elevations. Window location and sizes. Internal LED shadow light design. Roof access for solar water and battery storage. multiple Block models of building . internal and external. Required to be used as an ongoing design tool - so an understanding of light can be gained, and the design optimised Ideal; Architect will need to know how to use global illumiation to achieve results and not just send models into an AI. Detailed drawings required ready for structural engineer to use. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Autodesk AutoCAD, REVTI and other relevant software to produce high-quality detailed design.
