BIR POS Accreditation Phillipines

We have been working on obtaining BIR accreditation for our POS software (Philippines) for more than six months. Our company is currently registered in Nueva Vizcaya, and we have been coordinating with the responsible BIR office there. Although we have fulfilled all requirements, we have still not been given an appointment or received any clear feedback on how to move the process forward. Would you be able to help us accelerate the accreditation process or connect us with the appropriate contact person? Another option we are considering would be to register a new company in Manila (or another province) and apply for the accreditation there, in case the process is more efficient. We would appreciate your advice on whether this would be a practical solution.
