BLE Wearable Hardware Engineer for a specific Health Band

I am building a senior health band — a wearable device designed specifically for elderly users aged 60–80. I need an experienced embedded hardware engineer to help take my product brief to a working prototype. What the device needs to do: Continuous heart rate monitoring (PPG sensor) Fall detection (3-axis accelerometer) SOS button that alerts family via BLE + GSM 7-day battery life minimum BLE 5.0 connectivity Small OLED or E-ink display Wireless charging What I need from you: Schematic design PCB layout and BOM (Bill of Materials) Firmware for BLE communication and sensor integration Support through 2–3 prototype iterations Coordination with manufacturer for prototype assembly Ideal candidate: Based in India preferred Has built BLE wearable or IoT health device before Can show me a previous working prototype — not just dev board projects Comfortable working directly with a first-time hardware founder Budget: Open to discussion. Selected candidate will be required to sign an NDA before project details are shared.
