Baby Jewelry Designer - Infant Earring Concept Exploration (Front Styles + Back Sizing)

I’m exploring an early-stage concept for a small electronic device worn as part of an earring, designed for infants to wear at 3/4 months (the youngest realistic wearer) and older. I’m looking for someone to help me think through design concepts, not final CAD - this is exploratory. Two things I want explored: 1. Front design variations (must stay flat/flush stud style - no dangling or hanging elements, per standard pediatric ear-piercing safety guidance for infants). Keep this part simple and already what is trending in the marketplace. • Round stud • Square/princess-cut stud • Heart shape • Small butterfly motif • Any other popular flat baby-earring shapes you’d suggest • All should sit flush against the lobe, smooth edges, no protruding elements that could snag 2. Large back sizing exploration (this is the electronics housing) • A reasonable range of sizes/shapes for the back piece, sized to the real proportions of a 4-5 month old’s ear/lobe. I don’t want to lock into exact millimeters yet but it needs to be as big as possible.
