Back-End Developer: Full-time

We’re looking for a full-time Backend Developer with deep expertise in Node and Typescript, with some experience in Python preferred. The perfect candidate will also have experience with RAG, LangGraph, and AI SDK, although not required. You will design, build, and maintain scalable workflow automations and intelligent chatbot systems. In this role, you’ll develop backend services, integrate APIs, and create automated solutions that power conversational bots, internal tools and serve as a backup to our main dev. MUST be able to work within a team setting as well as independently. If you need hand holding or help figuring out what task to work on next, this role is not for you. !!!*NO agencies*!!! Responsibilities - Design and implement complex agentic workflows and automation pipelines - Develop and maintain backend services and API integrations - Build and optimize AI-driven chatbots and conversational automation - Connect third-party platforms (CRMs, messaging platforms, databases, etc.) - Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale automation systems - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable backend solutions ---*Requirements*--- NO EXCEPTIONS - Strong experience with n8n workflow automation (advanced node usage, custom nodes, integrations) - Solid backend development experience (Node.js/JavaScript/Python) - Experience building or integrating RAG / conversational AI systems - Strong API design and integration skills (REST, webhooks, OAuth) - Familiarity with PostGres and SQL databases, cloud services, and scalable backend architecture - Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently* - Availability during US standard business hours, M-F, EST/CST working timezone Response time of 1 hour, during standard working hours NO AGENCIES!
