We need a junior backend developer to complete a defined FastAPI/PostgreSQL microservice for a project-management platform. ### Scope Build the **People, Employment & Access** backend service: - PostgreSQL schemas and migrations for Person, Employment, and Classification records - FastAPI REST endpoints for directory search/filtering, profiles, employment, classification, and compliance records - Basic role/scope-based access controls for restricted fields - Audit logging for confidential-field access - OpenAPI/API documentation for frontend integration - Unit and integration tests for expected flows, validation, permissions, and errors - Clear setup and handoff documentation ### Required Skills - Python and FastAPI - PostgreSQL / SQL - REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger - Git and automated testing - Basic authorization, roles/scopes, and secure data handling In your proposal, begin with: **“SCOPE CONFIRMED.”** To prove you read the job description.
