Back-end Customer Service and Project Management Support

A US incorporated textile company for 40 years is looking to recruit project management/data entry/customer service processor who can assist with incoming calls and provide stock availability, process sales orders, handle credit references from new accounts, later in the future potentially an invoice assistant to review contracts after all information has been approved by entry in our CRM software. Responsibilities include: - Price quotes and terms -Processing returns request - Assisting with customer inquiries, - Handling administrative tasks. -Familiarity with Excel -Articulating business names/ style numbers in the system. - Interacting with customers with credit of more than 60 days to collect invoices. - Taking notes and addressing to management of delinquent or uncooperative clients or limit or no access to finding the person in charge of paying past dues. While our customers are connecting to our phone system, we have a number of active tasks to delegate throughout the week that serves this position from 10-3:30/4pm am PST. Meanwhile later we may implement added work for invoices processing. Some aspects will entail the interaction with customers and salespeople others will involve backend things in a project management capacity. Candidate must be versed in multitude of AI Chatbots or AI media converters.
