Backend Developer – Payment Confirmation & Order Automation System

Project Overview We are building an automated order fulfillment system for our e-commerce platform. The core requirement is a backend service that monitors incoming bank transfers and automatically triggers order processing once a payment is confirmed. What We Need When a customer places an order and pays via bank transfer (card-to-card), the system must: Detect the incoming payment automatically (via bank API, email/SMS notification parsing, or another reliable method) Match the payment amount to the pending order Trigger an automated fulfillment action (e.g., API call, webhook, status update in our system) Handle edge cases: duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, payment delays Technical Requirements Experience with bank API integration or transaction monitoring Ability to work with email/SMS parsing if a direct API is unavailable Backend: Python or Node.js preferred Clean, documented code with error handling Simple admin panel or log system to monitor payment statuses Deliverables Working backend service with payment detection logic Integration with our existing order management system (via REST API or webhook) Basic documentation and setup guide To confirm you've read this post, please mention the word "VERIFY" at the start of your proposal.
