Backend-Heavy Full Stack Developer — Node.js / PostgreSQL / React (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Description: I'm the principal attorney at a law firm running a brand enforcement service for Amazon sellers. We've built an internal operations platform (think: enforcement workflow management, automated Amazon listing monitoring, paralegal task tracking) currently on a no-code platform. We're migrating to a custom stack in Q3 2026 and need a developer to lead and execute that migration. The Stack Node.js (backend — primary focus) PostgreSQL React / Next.js REST API integrations (Rainforest API, OpenAI, Scrapfly) BullMQ or similar job queue What You'll Be Doing Re-implementing existing platform logic in a custom Node/PostgreSQL architecture Building and maintaining backend services, scheduled audit jobs, and API integrations Working directly with me (non-technical) — clear communication is non-negotiable The platform is being architected to be marketplace-agnostic — Amazon is the current focus but Walmart and eBay integrations are on the roadmap. Experience designing flexible, extensible API integration layers is a plus.
