**Job Title:** Fix Duplicate Orders & Payment Issues in Mobile App. **Description:** I’m looking for a developer to help fix critical issues in my mobile app **Washpoint**, which is currently in development for the App Store. We are experiencing a serious bug where **orders are being duplicated multiple times**, along with issues in the **payment system for both one-time bookings and subscriptions**. **Core Problems:** * Orders are being duplicated after a user submits a booking * Duplicate entries may be caused by repeated API calls, race conditions, or webhook handling * Booking (one-time) payments are not consistently processing or linking correctly to orders * Subscription payments are not behaving reliably (setup, renewals, or status updates) **What You’ll Do:** * Identify and fix the root cause of duplicate order creation * Ensure orders are created only once per transaction * Debug and stabilise payment flows (both bookings and subscriptions) * Verify correct database entries in Supabase * Ensure backend (VScode) and frontend are properly synced * Test full user flow end-to-end (booking → payment → confirmation) **Tech Stack:** * Mobile App (frontend): Vibecode * Backend/API: Hosted on VScode and Render * Database: Supabase * Payments: (Stripe Connect) **Requirements:** * Strong experience with Vscode, Supabase and backend debugging * Experience fixing duplicate requests / race conditions / webhook issues * Experience with mobile app payment systems (especially subscriptions) * Able to work quickly and communicate clearly **Bonus:** * Experience with App Store-ready apps * Suggestions to improve reliability and scalability **Timeline:** ASAP – this is a priority issue before launch. --- **When applying, please include:** * Similar issues you’ve fixed * How you would approach debugging this * Estimated timeframe to resolve Looking forward to working with you.
